Private Rooms, Not Public Broadcasts
Every chat on CooMet is a room with two people in it. Nothing is streamed to an audience, there is no viewer count and no one can join a conversation already in progress.
This is the single biggest safety difference from public cam rooms, where anything you say is visible to everyone watching.
Reporting Someone
If someone behaves badly, reporting takes one tap from the chat. You pick the reason from a list so the report carries context.
Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. False reports are treated as a problem in their own right, so please only report real violations.
Blocking Someone
Blocking is immediate and does not require a report first. A blocked user cannot reach you again, and you can review or undo your blocks from your blocked list at any time.
What Is Not Allowed
CooMet has community guidelines that apply to everyone. Among other things they prohibit taking or sharing screenshots and screen recordings of other people.

Protecting Your Personal Information
You do not need an account to start a chat, and there is no public profile carrying your name around the site.
The usual advice still applies and is worth repeating: keep your full name, address, workplace, financial details and other identifying information out of conversations with people you have just met. Nobody legitimate needs them to talk to you.
If a conversation starts moving toward money, links or moving to another platform, treat that as a signal and use the report and block tools.
